House Rules

Il Riparo is an independent holiday home set in a peaceful rural environment. We simply ask our guests to treat the property with the same care and attention they would give to their own home.

The property can accommodate a maximum of 4 guests. Additional guests who are not included in the booking are not permitted without prior approval from the owner.

Parties and events are not permitted unless expressly authorised in writing by the owner in advance. Any such request must be agreed beforehand and should not be considered part of the booking unless specifically confirmed.

Smoking is not permitted inside the house. Smoking is allowed outdoors, provided that cigarette ends and other waste are disposed of properly.

Please respect the peaceful surroundings, particularly during the evening and at night.

Pets are welcome. Pet owners are responsible for any damage caused by their animals and for properly cleaning up after them, both indoors and outdoors.

The integrated blinds, automated systems and other equipment in the house must be used according to the instructions provided. If you are unsure how something works, please contact the owner rather than forcing any mechanism.

Some books in the library are available for guests to enjoy, while others are collectible editions. Please ask the owner before using books that are not expressly made available to guests or before taking any books outside the property.

Please dispose of waste correctly and follow the instructions provided for separate waste collection.

Any damage, malfunction or other problem should be reported as soon as possible. A minor issue reported promptly can often be resolved quickly and easily.

Check-in: between 4:00 pm and 6:00 pm, unless otherwise agreed.

Check-out: between 9:00 am and 10:00 am, unless otherwise agreed.
